How to become an author of another Wordpress Blog

- Select Register on the sidebar.
- This will take you to the Word Press Registration Form
- Enter a username and email address
- Click Register
- A password will be e-mailed to you - please check your email
- You are now registered. Proceed to Step 2
Step 2 - Login
- Go to the wordpress site you registered at or alternatively http://domain.com/wp-login.php
- Select Login on the sidebar.
- This will take you to the Login form
- Login using your username and password that was emailed to you
Step 3 - Writing a Post
- After logging in you will be taken to the Dashboard by default
- Select Write from the navigation menu
- By default it will take you to “Write Post” page
- If you haven’t blogged before it looks very similar to your email e.g. hotmail, yahoo or gmail.
- Simple enter the title you want to call your post and write the content in the post box beneath the title. You can do some basic formatting functions e.g Justify, add Links, bold, italic etc.
- Apply to a category by selecting any one on the list
- That’s it! When you are done, click Publish. When you go to your website you will now be able to see your post and others will be notified by email.
Note: if you save it will save the post as a draft and will not be made live until published.

Thank you. It was very helpful! I don’t have blogs on Wordpress but with your instructions I’ll register some new one.
