Visited 1219 times, 1 so far todayIf you do then did you know you can block such spam messages? All you need to do is install Akismet (recommended) or Spam Karma2 and Bad Behavior. These are all anti-spam plugins for the Wordpress blogging platform. It will filter your spam separately so you can delete them from one location within the Wordpress admin panel with a single click. I use Akismet and it works great. Since installing it, it has caught 173 spam comments for me.
You can search for these plugins in Google or go to the Wordpress website however, most themes already have Akismet installed for you. All you have to do is activate it and register using your wordpress.com API key. The instructions on how to get your API key will be given to you as soon as you activate the plugin.
This will save you so much time especially if you have a busy blog.
Hope this helps someone.
