How to Display a Page as the Frontpage with Wordpress (version 2.1+ only)

With 2.1 you can easily set a page to display as your static FrontPage. To do this follow the simple steps outlined below
- Login to your Wordpress administration panel
- Select Options ->Reading from the navigation menu
- You will see “FrontPage” heading highlighted on the first line. You can choose to display your latest posts (default) or a static page, for this excerse we want to select the second option “A static page” and select the page you want to show on your FrontPage and/or posts page from the dropdown list.
- Click on Update Options to save the page
- That’s it you’re done
